Our business owner Jamin Christensen, a keen boating and fishing enthusiast understands the difference a well designed and correctly fitted trailer makes to your boating experience. His personal boat a Senator 800RH is paired with an 885 model Spitfire Trailer. With engineering, business, operations, and trade skills in the team, everyone is dedicated and committed to making and supporting these top-performing, and very attractive boat trailers.
Spitfire aluminium trailers are designed by Trevor Hansen. Trevor’s passions for boating and aviation have been combined with a keen sense of innovation, use of new materials and technology, and design, to create the truly unique features of SPITFIRE trailers.
Our trailer manufacturing, assembly, and service workshop in the King Country is located in a custom built facility in rural Te Kuiti which is also home to J Fab Ltd a custom aluminium fabrication specialist. From this location we perform all of our sales, service and support. We are happy to travel when arranged to support our regional customers.
All trailers are built from scratch using key components engineered by SPITFIRE, together with local components as required. Our 4t capacity hoist ensures proper and careful boat setup to be achieved. And, as we do in support of our Spitfire clients, we can also support others with similar trailer setup, boat fitting, and service needs.
